Tibor Gaal
Tibor hails from a proud Hungarian lineage steeped in the traditions of furniture making and construction. Growing up within this skilled family environment, he was encouraged from a very young age to lend a hand to his grandfather and father, working alongside them on various projects, including custom furniture, intricate staircases, elegant cabinets, and more. This hands-on experience not only fostered his appreciation for craftsmanship but also instilled in him a strong work ethic.
Alongside his woodworking endeavors, Tibor was introduced to the strategic game of chess early in life. This pastime sharpened his ability to envision projects in their entirety while developing his problem-solving skills, allowing him to think several steps ahead. Despite facing tragedy during his formative years, resulting in a challenging and winding path, Tibor persevered with remarkable resilience. The skills he cultivated as a child served him well, yet he always harbored a greater ambition, a sense of a calling that suggested he was meant for something more significant.
His personal growth and professional evolution are reflected in his unwavering commitment to his clients and the steadfast loyalty of his crew. Tibor takes it upon himself to ensure that the highest standards are met in every project, always striving for excellence and quality in his work.

Jonny Klenck
Jonny was one of Craftmaster Inc’s first team members. He too needed to spread his wings but ultimately returned to the Craftmaster family.
He too manages projects and is there for our clients.
Bethany Marinac
Bethany grew up in the west. She has strong family values and applies those to her work. She is committed to making every client feel heard and felt. She has years in sales as a real estate agent and has flipped properties with Tibor. She has a client first mentality and always looks to their needs.
Bobby Sears
Bobby worked with Tibor, when his vision was still a dream. Like everyone, he had a vision as well, and he went out on his own. He went out on his own for several years, but always keeping in touch with Tibor. He learned many new skills and trades, but the most important lesson, Craftmaster Inc is where his home is.
Bobby is there to manage projects and be one of our clients first points of contacts

Craftmaster Inc was born of Tibor’s vision. As a sole proprietor, Tibor was working with top contractors in Knoxville, but desired more. Upon meeting Bethany, the two of them created Craftmaster Inc in 2018. Their vision was to create a construction company that broke all the rules.
Contractors had been given a bad name by many unscrupulous contractors before them. They wanted to change that. They built the company with clients needs before profits. This model has taken them to the next level, and the team they have built around them, carries on this idea.
